Every part of the rug is attended to—from the body of the rug to the fringe. Special care is taken to remove dry, particulate matter that is in the rug, like sand and dirt. This can be done several ways, using either an industrial strength vacuum or compressed air. By removing this matter, the fibers are more accessible to the cleaning solutions.
The rug is then thoroughly cleaned. Your rugs may be washed in a river of soft water which continually purges and flushes out soils and other contaminates. Then your rugs will be cleaned using the safe and highly effective Chem-Dry solutions. Our solutions are so benign that you can even drink them! The fringe is then cleaned by hand using good, old-fashioned “elbow grease” and the assistance of some equipment designed to clean fringe. Any specialty spot or stain removal is performed. Our controlled drying environment allows for a speedy drying process and efficiency to protect the rugs. After the rugs pass a stringent final inspection, they will then be returned to you
